ROSTERkey is able to integrate with several external systems. When this occurs the identifier for an employee in ROSTERkey may be different to the identifier for that employee in the external system. So that ROSTERkey can communicate successfully with these other systems you have to tell ROSTERkey what the identifier used by that external system is for the employee.
This is achieved using the Configuration -> System -> Worker Settings page.
Select Worker Settings. Then select the user that has a different identifier. Their details will show in the right hand pane. In the External System grid add a row, select the external system you want to link to and then enter the identifier for that employee used by the external system. Apply the changes.
