The Worker Allocation Report is a mechanism to view and export all roster data within the system.  It provides several different filtering and grouping options from the toolbar.

Filter/Group Option
Details
A date range to report against.  Both dates are inclusive.
Select which Hours Types are to be included in the report.
Helpful information about each Hours Type can be viewed by clicking this button.  It shows a matrix of various data attributes and what code they are represented by in the report.
Grouping Attributes.  Select which attributes you wish to have the report grouped by.  The finest granularity is achieved by selecting all items.

E.g. if you wish to view data aggregated for each employee in the report, then you would just tick Worker. The report would then generate one row per worker, adding up all the hours for that worker and displaying them in the row.

E.g. selecting Date and Worker would have one row for each Worker on each date they had some activity.
Only include data relevant to Public Holidays.
Generate data from the raw roster only, i.e. with no changes applied.  This is useful to compare what was rostered against what was actually worked.

On-screen display of data is limited to 1000 records but the full report results can be downloaded as a ".csv" file ().

N.B. The Worker Allocation Report is configured for Saved Reports and can be scheduled.

Various configurations for the report filters and groupings can be kept and later selected as a Saved Report.

When creating a saved Worker Allocation Report you provide a name for the configuration as well as default values that will be applied to the report when it is run.  If you are using multi-Department mode, then you can choose which Departments the report will run against.

Different From/To/Number Of Days/Reverse In Time values will initiate different report date windows as follows.  You can also indicate to reverse the dates
