The Excessive Coverage Alert includes the standard Alert configuration:

The next part of the configuration defines what is characterised as "excessive coverage".
In this section you provide:
- A number of Workers NOT to be exceeded.
- A selection of a Shift on which the workers will be counted.
- A list of Roles to be checked.
If the Role list is empty, then any worker assigned to that Shift is counted. If there are one or more Roles included in the list, then only Workers assigned to ANY of those Roles are counted.
