The "Unavailable for Duty" Alert can be configured to notify Managers when a Worker has requested too many days as unavailable.
As per all Alerts, enter values for the Name, from, To, Message, Severity, and Suppressible fields.
Additional information for this alert includes:
- Max Days Off: the number of days that can be indicated as unavailable. If more than this number are counted then the rule will be broken and the Alert triggered.
- Unavailable for Duty Type: this indicates which type of Duty request to check.
- Window Day Count: the period of time over which to count the unavailable requests.
- Window Type:
- Moving: will count day by day for the "Window Day Count" number of days
- Cycle: will count in "Window Day Count" chunks, starting at the "From" date.
- Roles: specify any Roles that the rule applies to. If none are included then all Workers will be checked, regardless of their assigned Roles. If any Roles are included, only Workers who have an assignment to any of those Roles will be checked.
