The Insufficient Exposure Alert will notify Managers and Administrators when personnel have not performed sufficient hours in specified Roles over a defined number of days. The Alert is triggered when a Worker is assigned to a Role on a Shift but they have not performed that Role for the "Duration Required" number of hours in the previous "Window Day Count" period. These Alerts will show in the Roster Administration screen.
The above example, will check that any Worker who is assigned to on-duty hours as an Electrician or Crane Operator will have done at least 24 hours on that Role in the last 60 days.
This Alert is tied directly to the "Insufficient Exposure Report" which will show details of which Workers have or might break the defined rules in a specified period.
