Overtime allocations can be annotated with Work Task details.


Work Task Setup:

To make use of this function, Work Tasks first need to be set up in the Configuration -> System -> Work Task page.  Use normal configuration procedures to manage your list of Work Tasks.


Annotating Overtime with a Work Task:

  1. Firstly create an overtime Roster Change: right-click cell, overtime, select shift (or Custom)
  2. Then in the Roster Change window, fill out the information including selecting the desired Work Task.  You can also enter notes about this Overtime if you wish.
  3. Click Apply and publish the Overtime as desired.


Reporting on Work Tasks:

To see details of published Overtime worked against Work Tasks, use the Worker Allocation Report from the Home page.

Select the date range and Hours Types as appropriate and click the green refresh arrows.



You will see individual Overtime allocations for the selected date range.


You can group these by Work Task if you wish.  You can include other groupings as well, e.g. to get a report by month, worker, etc.
